Submission Criteria
Abstract Guidelines:
Abstracts should be 500 words or less.
Abstract title and work should be blinded (do not include organization/facility information)
Abstracts submitted after the deadline or incomplete abstracts will be disqualified.
Abstracts should reflect completed work with outcomes to report. Work in progress will not be considered.
Do not use acronyms, tables, graphs or references in the abstract.

Acceptance Criteria
Abstracts submitted will be considered for a poster or podium/breakout presentation.
You must complete all red asterik (*) items to submit your abstract. Once submitted you will have the ability to edit your submission up to the deadline.
Abstract scoring and selection is conducted by blind peer review.
Notification of acceptance is expected to be sent to the primary author by mid November 2025.
If your Abstract is accepted:
You will receive notice by mid November 2025.
Presenters assume costs associated with registration, travel and accommodations for the conference.
Authors of abstracts accepted for a podium/breakout at the conference are required to respond with their intent by the designated date on the acceptance invitation and register for the conference. Failure to respond or register will cancel the presentation from the conference program.
Presenters must complete all required elements of speaker release, CV and other requests for CE compliance by the deadlines stated in acceptance invitation.
Final version of electronic presentation and handouts are due by the date listed in acceptance invitation. Last minute uploads may not be accommodated.
